Sarbjit Singh Biopic Goes On Floors

After months of recce, Omung Kumar has finally kick-started the shoot of his much-awaited project, Sarbjit.
The film is the biopic of Sarbjit Singh, an Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan. The director also shared a title poster of the movie.
Randeep Hooda will play the title role, while Aishwarya Rai will portray his sister Dalbir Kaur. Richa Chadha has joined the cast as Sarbjit's wife. Mary Kom actor Darshan Kumaar also has a pivotal role in the film.
The director along with producer and creative director Sandeep Singh, production designer Vanita Kumar, creative producer Akshay and director of photography Kiran Deohans had earlier visited Amritsar and Patiala to the hunt for perfect locations.
